Office of the Public Advocate – works at a systems level to promote and protect the rights of people with impaired decision making.

Queensland Aged and Disability Advocacy – QADA provide advocacy services for people with a disability and older Australians.

Community Visitors Scheme – matches volunteer visitors to older Australians identified as being at risk of isolation. You can volunteer to be part of the scheme.

Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) – manages the registration of health practitioners in Australia and has a searchable national register of practitioners.

The Disability Advocacy Network Australia (DANA) – supports disability advocacy organisations. The website has a comprehensive list of advocacy organisations in Queensland.
