The Information Management Roadmap and Framework Project
The Information Management (IM) Roadmap and Framework Project is reviewing data and information that is collected, shared, integrated, and reported on for and between MHAOD interfacing services and consumers. This includes consumer data such as presentation history, medication, clinician notes and treatment plans, as well as reporting data, such as the demand for services across the State.
Data and information are fundamental for delivering a high standard of care and treatment to consumers, for administration, management, and evaluation of MHAOD services, and for furthering research, policy-making and health advancements.
We aim to understand your experience as consumers and carers with the MHAOD service, in discussing:
- Challenges and barriers in accessing MHAOD services
- Enablers in accessing MHAOD services
- What information would you like to provide to care providers
- Consent and sharing of information across MHAOD services
- What data would you like published and reported on
