My Health for Life is a free, healthy lifestyle initiative designed to help Queenslanders create healthier habits that stick. It connects participants with qualified health coaches who support sustainable changes that fit each individual’s life situation. Through self-paced personalised coaching sessions, participants discover practical ways to improve their and wellbeing and maintain long term.

The initiative is funded by the Queensland Government through Health and Wellbeing Queensland and led by Diabetes Australia in partnership with leading health organisations across Queensland.
