If you haven’t registered to attend in person, join online to be part of the discussion about ‘Influence in Action’ and the power of consumer advocacy in health care and participate in Q&As, an interactive workshop and networking during the livestream event.

Consumer partnerships have the power to drive meaningful improvements in the quality and safety of health services.  The Annual Forum theme Influence in Action will bring this impact to life by showcasing how consumers create change at individual, service, and system levels through local projects and partnerships with the health sector. Participants will leave equipped with practical strategies to translate action into influence.

Program speakers, panel discussions and workshops will explore:

• how consumer and community partnerships drive measurable improvements
• examples of impactful consumer and community engagement partnerships that demonstrate what it looks like to move from lived or living experience to real change
