Consumer partnerships have the power to drive meaningful improvements in the quality and safety of health services.  The Annual Forum theme Influence in Action will bring this impact to life by showcasing how consumers create change at individual, service, and system levels through local projects and partnerships with the health sector. Participants will leave equipped with practical strategies to translate action into influence.

Program speakers, panel discussion and workshops will explore:

• how consumer and community partnerships drive measurable improvements
• examples of impactful consumer and community engagement partnerships that demonstrate what it looks like to move from lived or living experience to real change
• how to ‘disrupt’ in ways that are constructive, strategic and outcomes focused – challenging what isn’t working while strengthening quality, safety and trust in health services
• what would influence look like if it was done differently?
• practical strategies for turning consumer-led action into lasting influence across the health system.
